About us
Reedy River Baptist Church is one of the oldest church organizations in Greenville County. Although we have been established for many years, we are new and improved from the inside out. We believe that the church is not only an organization that promotes and provides for the welfare of its members, but we strive to make everyone important as we participate in the promotion of the Kingdom of God.
We are Kingdom focused as we seek to nurture and grow the people who attend our services. Yet we believe it is paramount to reach people in our community who are non-believers or non-churched. We seek to reach these people through lovingly meeting the needs of our neighbors and community. We are constantly seeking ways to engage the community through events that show our love and offer a helping hand.
If you are looking for a Biblical based congregation that worships God and seeks to love Him with all of our heart and if you are searching for a group of people who take that love to the world then give us a try. You will be welcomed with more love than you could ever imagine and we will make you feel right at home.
Our staff:
Pastor Josh was born and raised in Donalds, SC. He graduated in 2001 from North Greenville University with a degree in Christian Studies. He has been married to his wife, Elizabeth, since 2007. They have two beautiful children, Jake and Allie. Josh loves to play the guitar, turkey hunt and spend time with his family. He is excited about being able to serve as the pastor of Reedy River Baptist Church.

Michelle joined the staff at Reedy River as our Financial Secretary in 2007. She grew up in nearby Easley and has been married to her husband Craig since 1998. Craig and Michelle have a beautiful daughter and they are blessed to call the Blue Ridge community their home. They enjoy traveling, music, reading and spending time together. Michelle loves to help others and volunteer, especially with Operation Christmas Child.

Chance is our Student pastor. He has been a member of Reedy River since childhood and has grown up much involved within the church. Chance earned a Bachelors degree in Christian Studies at North Greenville University and married his college sweetheart, Makenzie. In his spare time he can be found enjoying God’s creation on a hiking trail or playing his guitar. Chance’s passion is leading youth to a deeper understanding and
love of Christ.

Bob recently joined our staff at Reedy River in the fall of 2022.
Bob brings 53 years of music ministry experience with him. He hopes to create a worship environment where people can be comforted and touched by the Lord.
